Powerpoint Projectors (SVGA): Our workhorse model is the Mistubishi SL4SU data projector which is very portable (6lbs), reliable & bright (1500 ANSI lumens and brighter than some 2500 ANSI lumens models which we have compared it to). This projector is easy to set up and use with a variety of common input sources. We would typically suggest that this projections unit is suitable for boardroom presentations of up to about 30 people, depending upon the lighting circumstances (Lights on is fine, but being able to control direct sunlight on the screen will improve your presentation).

Powerpoint Projectors (XGA): We stock several different models of XGA projector which are slightly more bulky, brighter and with extra features. Typical brightness will be 2500 / 2600 ANSI lumens (depending upon model) and we would advise that these projectors could be used in situations where the presentation is up to 100 people. Maximum screen size would be approxiamately twelve feet although in practice this is probably not what we would advise.

Powerpoint Projections Screens: We have a stock of assorted screens available for hire. Most applications will suit our basic (and most cost effective) model, which is the classic tripod screen. With full height adjustement, plus easy erection these units are perfect for most jobs. We also have a stock of pull down screens which can be hung from appropriate ceiling mounts, plus fast fold screens which are free standing and require a little more effort to assemble. We'll be happy to advise you as to which screen may suit your application best. All models of screens come in various sizes.

Powerpoint Presentations with Audio: Please note that our projector hire stock, like most modern boardroom presentation units, do not have speakers adequate for any form of audio playback therefore an external audio system must be used. For the smaller presentation situation, a set of powered PC speakers will suffice. For larger applications, sound systems can be provided as required. Please call us for a quote if you are unsure of your requirement. We will supply all appropriate cables (by arrangement).

Booking A Powerpoint Projector: Please contact us to discuss your requirements. We will require written confirmation of your booking on headed notepaper (where appropriate), with a purchase order number (where appropriate). Upon collection we will require photographic ID, and recent proof of address. For non-account customers full payment upon collection from our warehouse in cash or by cheque will be required (We do not accept card payments). Delivery & setup can arranged charge may be levied dependant upon times & location. Return of the equipment will be by arrangement. Collection can be arranged if required, for which a charge will be made, depending upon location & times. Please note that customers are responsible for the equipment while it is in their possession and any losses or damages will be charged at full replacement rate.
